There are many types of therapy around nowadays. I am trained as a relational integrative therapist which brings together elements of different specific therapies. This is based on the idea that not one single style of therapy can work for everyone and so offers flexibility in response to you.
I offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your concerns. Patterns of thought and behaviour that may be affecting your relationship with yourself and others may come up too. If we can spot these patterns together we can start to creatively investigate why they got there, what they are doing and how they can be adapted in order for you to live a more contented life.
The past holds clues as to how we all exist in the present. Whilst you can’t change the events of your past you can change your perspective of it and by talking about it in a way you feel comfortable can help. This can give you more understanding and resilience to tackle present challenges.
